DatTech makes available, without charge, all available digital images to which DatTech holds the rights or that are in the public domain to be used for any purpose. No permission is required.

Some images may include people or objects for which a third party may claim rights such as trademark, copyright, privacy, or publicity rights. DatTech does not warrant that all of the images designated for downloading are free from rights claimed by third parties. As the user, it is your responsibility to ensure that there are no restrictions based on third party rights. DatTech assumes no liability for your use of these images if a third party makes an infringement claim.

All photos on this site not owned by DatTech shall have a related link and reference to the image or "Unknown" per the Freedom and Innovation Revitalizing U.S. Entrepreneurship Act of 2007 (FAIR USE act)

In order to obtain the Getty's logomark for these limited purposes, please carefully read these terms and conditions of use and then fill in the form below.

-Terms and Conditions of Use: By displaying, copying or using the DatTech's online logomark you are agreeing to the following:

(1) Your use of DatTech's online logomark is to facilitate a link from other not-for-profit educational and cultural institutions and organizations to DatTech's website.

(2) All displays and uses of the DatTech logomark must include the ® mark contained in the logomark image file as provided by DatTech.

(3) You will make no alterations to the appearance of the logomark or the ® mark.

(4) All displays and uses of the Getty logomark online will link to DatTech's website's home page. No change may be made to the technical existence of the logo. The file type may not be altered.
